Perfect for two families, a group of friends on a snowmobile vacation, a fishing adventure or a paddle trip. The house offers a total of 11 comfortable beds, a generous sauna for relaxing after the day's adventures, There is space to socialize, cook together and create memories – all year round. Whether you're looking for the silence by the water or the excitement of the Norrland terrain, you've found the right place.

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.
