Cozy house located right by the sea at the northern end of Höga Kusten, 8 km outside Örnsköldsvik city center. In winter, there are tracks for cross-country skiing right outside the door (open now) as well as very high-quality track areas 5-20 minutes away by car. Our freestanding wood-fired sauna can be enjoyed all year round and in the summers there is a jetty and the possibility of swimming. A smaller 30-way road runs between the house and the sea. The accommodation is suitable as a vacation destination as well as for longer stays. Sheets and firewood are included.

Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Charmig stuga med magisk utsikt över Örnsköldsviks havsinlopp. På altanen har du sol större delen av dagen där kan du njuta av solnedgångarna. Bredvid altanen finns kolgrill att nyttja. Inne i stugan har du två sovrum & en mindre toalett. Ett fullt utrustat kök finns att tillgå&i allrummet finns 2 soffor& tv. Från sofforna kan man få en glimt av utsikten. Finns en studsmatta på tomten som får användas på egen risk. Vid några tillfällen kan grannens barnbarn vara där&hoppa, vi informerar innan!

Detta unika boende låter dig sova uppe bland fåglarna. Njut av utsikten från ett trädhus 6 meter upp i en tall. Dess 8-kantiga form gör att huset känns rymligt. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
