Holiday rentals with beach access in Boeotia

Nous avons été accueillis par Georges très tard dans la nuit car notre avion a eu du retard, il a été d'une patience et d'une gentillesse sans limite. Les appartements blue Line sont neufs, propres, lumineux et possèdent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances réussies. Vous êtes à 5 min de la plage et vous avez une place de parking privée dans une rue calme. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce air BNB, et remercier encore une fois Georges et sa femme pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur recommandations.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι ακριβώς οπως και στις φωτό.πεντακάθαρα όλα με πολύ ησυχία … η θάλασσα είναι στα είκοσι μέτρα από το σπίτι και έχει πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ! Η Χαλκίδα σε 15λεπτα απόσταση . Η Δήμητρα είναι πόλη εξυπηρετική και φιλόξενη από την πρώτη στιγμή .η κουζίνα άρτια με όλα τα κομφόρ, καθως επίσης υπάρχει ηχοσύστημα και δυο τηλεοράσεις για ψυχαγωγία !!!! Εξαίσια επιλογή και θα ξανά προτιμήσω να πάω κάποια στιγμή !!!

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. Estancia de casi un mes que Giannis me permitió extender con total flexibilidad. El apartamento está cerca de los restaurantes principales de Antikyra. A unos 50m. Siempre hay aparcamiento. Recomendado 100%. Todo equipado.

I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed staying at Maria’s condo - the view was simply magnificent. The weather was not terrible but also a little on the rainy side - we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Maria recommended some restaurants in the nearby village, and they were all excellent. Last, one of our party fell ill for a short period- nothing terribly serious - and Maria’s mother - also Maria - actually brought her tea and rice to help mend - it was such kindness! Five stars across the board!

Ευχαριστήθηκαμε την διαμονή μας! Η Γεωργία πολύ βοηθητική και φιλική! Το σπίτι όπως στις φωτογραφίες ,λειτουργικό με ωραία αυλή, πολύ ήσυχο περιβάλλον! Η πρόσβαση πολύ εύκολη! Θα το διαλέγαμε ξανά!

Πολυ καθαρος και αξιοπρεπές χώρος! Δεν έλειπε τιποτα Εύκολη πρόσβαση στη πόλη,πολλα κατάστηματα γυρο Ευγενέστατη οικοδέσποινα, μας δοθηκαν τέλειες οδηγίες και ειχαμε εναν χώρο πεντακάθαρο

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Koni. Sie war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Ecken schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ein paar Renovierungen würden dem Ganzen wirklich guttun – gerade in dieser Preisklasse wäre das ein schöner Bonus. Trotzdem: Die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Koni!

Wow, what an incredible stay! This charming beachfront house is an absolute gem. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and taking a morning dip in the crystal-clear sea was pure bliss. The pool offered a refreshing alternative, perfect for lazy afternoons. The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Wir waren in der nebensaison da, daher war es dort sehr ruhig, die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe hatten teilweise schon geschlossen oder haben sehr früh zu gemacht. Wer auf Selbstversorger macht und Ruhe sucht, ist hier in der nebensaison perfekt

Agréable séjour dans ce petit nid douillet au calme, entre Loutraki et Corinthe. Le lieu est magnifique, l’arrivée dans le jardin avec piscine nous a littéralement coupé le souffle. Non seulement nos hôtes sont accueillants, mais très réactifs net disponibles quand à des demandes de linge de mails et de draps. Les recommandations de Nancy pour les courses ont été bénéfiques, puisqu’il y a non seulement un petit supermarché à 2 min en voiture, mais surtout en face un restaurant pittoresque avec une cuisine de qualité et une vue imprenable sur la baie , avec en prime, un merveilleux coucher de soleil. Merci à nos hôtes pour la qualité du logement, sa propreté et son calme. La piscine est tout juste un pet bijou. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage en Grèce.

Atypique mais superbe maison de village, décorée avec goût. L’emplacement est calme et à quelques pas du port. C’est vraiment une location que je n’hésiterai pas à recommander.

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Μείναμε πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένοι! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και πολύ ζεστό – από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Βρήκαμε γλυκές λιχουδιές που μας περίμεναν στο τραπέζι, μια πολύ όμορφη χειρονομία που μας έφτιαξε τη διάθεση. Ο χώρος είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, με άνετο κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση και ξεκάθαρη, πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να απαντήσει σε κάθε απορία μας. Ήταν μια ήρεμη, άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή και σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να ξαναέρθουμε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Makkelijke communicatie via de app. Snel antwoord op vragen. Extra’s zoals afwasmiddel, shampoo en paar flesjes water was heel fijn! Frisse uitstraling alles netjes en schoon. Fanis kwam zelf om te helpen met openen (wat heel fijn was ivm aankomst 24:00 uur). Airco prima. Douche prima (wel aan denken om m eerst aan te zetten om op te warmen). Tip: een groter douchegordijn nemen want het water spettert er makkelijk langs. Prettig dat er ook een parasol was. Flexibele host voor last minute een extra logé voor 1 nacht ivm gewijzigde vlucht. We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!

Lovely quiet apartment, clean and comfortable. Close to beach cafes restaurants and super market/shops. Great host who is very responsive to messages. Highly recommend.

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!
