Sunsets from our southern terraces look magical, while from the northern terrace the view of the mountain Biokovo whose discovery we recommend to lovers of untouched nature.

SFIDA Residence is a luxury facility in the old town of Korcula that contains a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. By reconstructing the existing building, SFIDA Residence retained all the original elements of the construction, and with modern design and technology, it was transformed into a luxuriously equipped holiday residence. SFIDA Residence is equipped with WI-FI internet, LCD TVs, and all rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating.

Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.
