Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Liebevoll renovierte, kleine Erdgeschoss Ferienwohnung …beinhaltet alles für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Dich erwarten 25 qm, in zentraler, ruhiger Lage. Ein sehr bequemes 140x200 cm Bett in gemütlichem Ambiente dekoriert in gold und grün … Das Bad zur Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und wurde mit einer neuen Toilette und Duschwand ausgestattet. Unsere Wohnung hat eine Weichwasseranlage welche den Kalkgehalt minimiert. Ein eigener Hauseingang sorgt für die nötige Privatsphäre.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
