The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Our cottages are suitable for family gatherings. They are not suitable for festive gatherings with friends. In a 19-hectare park, at the foot of a 17th century castle. Its 14 m long heated swimming pool and quick tennis court are a delight for everyone. With its 3 cozy cottages, the Roseraie accommodates up to 20 people at the same table, and the Canary is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Unsecured ponds.
