The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Our cottages are suitable for family gatherings. They are not suitable for festive gatherings with friends. In a 19-hectare park, at the foot of a 17th century castle. With its 3 cozy cottages, the Roseraie accommodates up to 20 people at the same table, and the Canary is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Unsecured ponds. Located between Perche and the Normandy coast, 2 hours from Paris, this pretty home welcomes you for short and long stays. Fans of old stones, shimmering nature and evenings by the fireplace will find their happiness there… The capacity is three people. The house consists of a living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, kettle, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms (one single and one double).

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
