We have seen the apartment as an ideal base. Better location is not possible. The apartment itself is nicely styled and equipped with all the comforts. Clean and well kept. In short, highly recommended. Sébastien is a committed host who responds quickly and adequately. His list of recommendations of restaurants, landmarks etc. is also very convenient. If we are in Rouen again, we will definitely contact Sébastien.

Florian was a great host who met us at the door to guide us in. He was very friendly and shared helpful local information. The apartment was great with a lovely peaceful courtyard. Great coffee from the machine provided. Shower could benefit from a shower curtain and soap.

I have previously stayed at this property, and I keep returning to it, as its perfect for me. Very central, easy to walk to explore the city. Cozy appartment, that contained everything to support my stay. Unfortunately, a neighbour was having very loud building work going on from early morning to late at night, which was really annoying- however, this had nothing to do with the owners of this apartment. I would return to this apartment again.

Very quiet environment inside the block under the roofs, close to the historic center 5 minutes' walk, easy access and independence with the key locker.

Really nice place with great view on cathedral and Rolo’s statue. Perfect location, also you have free parking 400m away. If you are into history then beside fact that the building really old, the decors might be interesting to you as it includes replica of medieval helmet with nasal, sword and shield.

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It will be at Swan, or not at all!

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.
