Very well kept and the location is perfect for going downtown. Beautiful area.

Perfect home base for one to two people that are focused on spending time around Boise and experiencing the city's culture, food, sights, and much more. Absolutely possible to walk to downtown, but also very quick Uber/Lyft or Lime scooter ride.

Wonderful, homey and comfortable place. Coffee and 1/2 & 1/2 in the fridge were a very welcome touch. Would definitely stay with this host again.

We had a brief but lovely stay. The space is very comfortable and impeccably clean. Not sure we’ve ever had a more thoughtful host. We’ll hope for a longer stay the next time we’re in Boise.

Cozy home in a beautiful neighbourhood, perfect for a one night stay on our road trip.

Maggie's place was just amazing - such a peaceful and relaxing setting up on the hill. The home was very clean and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. And the farm fresh eggs were such a wonderful bonus to make for breakfast! Everything was just as described, and Maggie was very accommodating with our little dog. Our only regret was we couldn't stay more than a couple nights. Easy communication and entry, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Elaine and Tom made my stay in Eagle, ID very comfortable and pleasant. Their beautiful "Brookstone Cottage" was peaceful, clean, organized, well thought-out and stocked. These two Great Americans work hard to ensure their guests have what they need, when they need it. The photos and descriptions are exactly as advertised. Although I have been to 56 countries and all 50 states, this was my first experience with Airbnb. This place topped even some of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have been to in the USA, Europe and Asia. The biggest travel problem I will have from this point forward is trying to find a place as nice as "Brookstone Cottage." This will be very difficult to top. 5+ STARS out of 5. 10+ out of 10. A+ in every category.

Very nice place - clean, comfortable, quiet and really nicely decorated. The neighborhood felt very safe. The chairs and table outside were a nice touch. I've never seen an Airbnb that was so well stocked with items that a guest might need including TV trays, a flashlight, a first aid kit and a throw blanket, just to name a few. Mikki is obviously very thoughtful about her guest's comfort.

This is legitimately one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! I absolutely loved staying here. The space was so cozy and had everything you need, and you’re only 10min from downtown. Danielle was such a great host, too. I would love to stay here again next time I’m back in town!!

Great place! It had everything you need and then some! Great place for a family with kids! I was very happy with the place other than the apartment above your bedroom and hearing foot steps all night long. It was very close to the water park and easy to find. Great back yard for kids to play with. Sam was an amazing host moving the temperature of the house to your needs as well!

Loved staying with Courtney and Garrett. The space is clean, quiet, and well-located in a nice tree-lined neighborhood. The hosts made me feel very welcome and shared lots of good Boise restaurant recommendations. Recommended!

We had a great stay! The space was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming—very informative about Boise and quick to offer great local tips. It was a perfect home base for our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute little guest suite, great attention to detail. Well stocked with everything you need. Bed was comfortable but the bedroom was a little cramped. A little noisy…you could hear everything going on outside (dogs, neighbors, sirens etc) but Im a light sleeper. Appreciated the mints and the half and half for the coffee. The custom wrought iron gate was pretty cool as well. Host was very responsive and even offered us to pick cherries from the tree. Would definitely consider staying again.

This place was great place to stay. My kids loved the bunk bed. It had all we needed. The master room was awesome. It had all we needed. I brought my laptop with me to do work and the desk was awesome. Bathroom was huge and clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. I ended up packing a lot of things for the kitchen since we travelled far but everything I needed was there. Overall it was great and I would definitely rent it again

Great location and Ed and Martha were great hosts. Lovely space, with lots of room and natural light. Would def recommend! Hosts have a cute dog that would greet me when I went outside. I enjoyed my stay. 10/10

Amy is amazing and so is her place. We were there for bike racing so we were not at the place much. But it was the perfect location for us and we had a ball thank you Amy
