De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Guests can enjoy the comfort of the upstairs bedroom of this duplex apartment, its balcony as well as its fully equipped kitchen. Countryside in the city!

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

The kitchen is equipped (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer) and the bathroom includes a washer-dryer.

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.

Professional or guest, you are welcome in Limoges. The 20m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk from the train station, 17 min walk from the city center, close to the Zenith and the Autoroute, (Giant casino 50m away, with bakery, pharmacy,...). A second apartment in the building is available on Airbnb

This unique place has a style all its own. 8 minutes from the center of Limoges by car, in a quiet and soothing area, Large private room with bathroom and separate entrance 16 m2. Everything in a private house with a parking space in the courtyard with the possibility of recharging (if necessary) the electric car for a small fee.
