Chris was hands down the most responsive and proactive host ever. House was clean and the amenities and house matched the photos. Fishing was good. Nearby restaurants were good. We will definitely be back.

Carina was an amazing host and communicated well! Her place is located in the perfect spot on the water: not too far from restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would enjoy staying here again!

We had the best week at this home. Highly recommend staying here. The heated pool was especially nice during the cooler weather we had. The host was friendly and responsive. We had no issues and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants close by. We had a manatee come right up to the dock! There are also two eagles that live nearby, so we had some amazing wildlife encounters there. We hope to go back!

Carrie is Fabulous! The pool filter wasn’t working properly and she had it fixed early the next day and even gave a $200 refund due to not being able to use the pool for one morning- I was absolutely impressed!! Great place and I know we would like to stay there again in the future.

Joy was super responsive anytime we had any questions. Property was spotless. Great dock space with plenty of lights! Home was a great stay with plenty of space to park the trailer and truck and family who stayed to go boating! Highly recommend !

This AirBnB & Boca Club where it was located was a little slice of paradise. It was even more prettier in person. Very private and safe as well. The House, Clubhouse, and pool were top notch and service was impeccable. D&D both gave great recommendations and truly cared about us enjoying our stay. We cannot wait to make this a tradition and visit annually. Cannot say enough good things about this property!

Beautiful and quiet location. The property management company made it extremely easy to check in and out. They had our schedule and met us at the ferry dock to take luggage and tour the island before showing us to the house. Will be staying again

Betsy’s place was very cute and welcoming! The backyard was perfect and very relaxing. Betsy was very responsible and flexible. Only feedback for future guests is to note that she does provide with a small starter pack of supplies (one paper towel, one extra garbage bag and no dish soap), so keep in mind you will need to bring your own supplies if you’re having a large group staying at the house. Otherwise, it’s a lovely space and a very quaint neighborhood! Highly recommend!

Great stay! Everything from downtown, Sanibel, and the beach were easy enough to access from here. The host were responsive, and didn’t have all the demands that you commonly see from other host. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend we look forward to coming back!

Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. A few things to note, it’s about a 5 minute drive on a dirt road so make sure your car is compatible, the bnb is off of his main house but private enough and separate entrance. The pool is in their back yard but we were able to access it and they gave us extra towels. The place was clean and very cool. The pictures do match the photos and descriptions. There was coffee and sugar available as well as anything you’d needed to cook and eat, no water or anything else was there so make sure you come prepared lol. Host is very quick to respond and very helpful! Would recommend staying here and would return if we were in the area again.

My family has an amazing and relaxing time! We have lost our home and everything we own in hurricane Milton so we were in desperate need of some family time. The home was beautiful and all of the linens were clean and to be honest it was probably the most relaxing time we've had in the past year. I highly recommend this location! If you don't believe me try it yourself 🤗😝

We had an absolutely great 4 day stay. The house is beautiful and the views are stunning. The description in the listing is completely accurate. We would for sure choose this place again for future stays.

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is perfect – just 15 minutes to the beach, yet very peaceful and quiet. It’s the ideal mix of relaxation and good accessibility. We especially enjoyed the pool – such a great way to unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described!
