Apartment Obala - Apartment 3

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor, but you still can use a terrace in front of the house. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The house was built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, a quiet place, close to the beach (5-10 minute walk), close to sporting facilities, shops, a courtyard in the greenery shadow, fireplace, house with private parking, all guests can use the shared terrace 40m2. There are 3 apartments in our house, each with separate entrance. A2 (studio apartment) for two persons, 22 m2, located in the same room is a bedroom, kitchen and dining room. A3 ÷ 1 (for three persons ÷ extra bed), ground floor, 50 m2, living room with kitchen and dining room, apartment enjoys sea view. A4 (for 4 persons) 50 m2, living room with kitchen and dining room. There you can enjoy your first morning coffee or wine in the evening.

Welcome to traditional Mediterranean stone and wood house of 140 m2 for 6 persons. It has two separate floors connected with indoor stairs. Large open area with fully fitted kitchen, spacious dining and cozy living space in natural local stone and wood are in lower floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Also, there are 2 outdoor areas: barbecue, coffee and summer dining area in front yard and 30m2 heated swimming pool available from June to September in the back yard with outdoor shower.

Two-floor stone house, with a sleeping room, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. It was built originally in 1711., it's in the center of Jelsa. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.
