This is an outstanding property. Located across the street from a pond and meadow and an easy walk to Target, this is a peaceful and convenient location. The property has the prettiest decor I’ve seen at an Airbnb. Consistent, stylish, cozy, bright aesthetic. Fully updated house, with everything expertly coordinated, from the art to the plumbing fixtures to the toaster. Great deck with a fenced yard. Friendly, responsive host. Highly recommend!

Great little house for a quick stay! We needed a 1 night stay, and this was a good fit. Cozy little home with live houseplants, fresh cut flowers, a nice patio and landscaping, an attentive host, coffees, teas, drink mixes and some chocolate chip cookies with a personalized note! Lots of positives for sure! If you're a light sleeper and plan on extra pillow time, the Metra train through a crossing a few blocks away sounding its horn, not a big deal to us, just a note if it might affect you.

Great space near many amenities and attractions. Katie was very responsive and experienced, 10/10 host. The airBnB was stocked with home comforts you would expect from a premium hotel. The Games were a perfect mix of entertainment for my kiddos. I would recommend this place to friends looking for something in that area.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Chic Cottage and would recommend it to any one looking for a comfortable home away from home place , available at a great price and good sub urban location with Super Markets and restaurants close by .

Antonio’s home worked out very well! The beds were comfortable, which is always my first concern. The number of bedrooms and beds offered is always the thing I look for most. I travel with 2 young adult daughters and occasionally my parents who are in their 70’s. Antonio’s home worked out well for what we needed. We didn’t do a lot of cooking because we were in the area to help family move into the area. When I had a question Antonio was quick to respond and give guidance which i appreciate. We will keep this home in mind in the future now that we have family a neighborhood or so away! I would stay here again.

Stayed here the night before my wedding with my siblings who stayed the night of the wedding. We hosted our getting ready portion here for the morning of the wedding and Olinka and Daniel were gracious enough to allow us to stay in their beautiful home. Made for gorgeous pictures and a comfortable stay both nights. Thank you!!

Great place and easy to work with.

Christopher’s place was perfect for our needs! The place was very roomy, the kitchen and bathroom was spotless and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and calm with more than enough easy and free parking. The metro was less than a 10 minute walk which was perfect for us getting in and out of the city easily. They also allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in hours which we greatly appreciated. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend staying here.

Tiffany was friendly host and made sure to communicate with us to make our stay enjoyable. The place walkable distance to public transit and the neighborhood was safe enough to walk at night. It was clean and as pictured, there was coffee, utensils, plates, etc if you needed prepare food.

Absolutely amazing place. If you like Victorian houses, this is for you. Spacious and beautiful with a large kitchen. Gas stove so you can cook and not swear! Easy access to Elgin and the train station. Parking behind the house on the property. It’s cool and comfortable (we went in June) with plenty of fans for air movement.

Lovely basement studio in very nice neighborhood. Easy drive to nearby neighborhoods or downtown area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay!

5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

We loved staying in this beautiful home. Emma was a gracious, responsive host and the place was immaculate. For us, the location was perfect and we hope to stay here on future visits to Oak Park.

Zirrell was a wonderful host. She always responded and her instructions were very thorough. She was also very understanding when our flight got delayed and we checked in later than expected. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a wonderful stay!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My family and I were in town for my nephew's graduation, and Marika's home was truly beautiful, so inviting, and comfortable. She definitely paid attention to details that made the stay even more cozy. Beautiful property, and well appointed! Easy lovely, 10 minute walk to town, also. We look forward to staying there again when in Geneva 😊

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

The apartment was clean and spatious, better than in the pictures. It's located in a corner of Hyde Park, at a 15 minute walking distance from the University of Chicago. It is a very residential area, with not many shops or restaurants near by, but if you walk 15 minutes east you will find bars, grocery stores and a few restaurants. I came to do research in the library's archive so it was very convenient. I had some problems with the door code sequence, but Erika was very helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is that more detailed information about the check in is provided, because not everbody is familiarized with lockers and codes! But my general impression was very positive! I'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect little spot! So close to the blue line, necessities nearby, great for a quick solar work trip. Bed is small and a little uncomfortable, and some things were a little off (medicine cabinet not fully attached to wall), but neither bothered me. Knew bed would be small from photos! Just a heads up for anyone that would worry about those. Will definitely be staying again if in Chi!

Beautiful place to stay in Pilsen area just what we wanted! Close to downtown and amazing places to eat all around. Easy access to a lot of things to do. Beautiful place, extremely clean! We definitely enjoyed our stay at Laura’s!
