Monthly Rentals in Bolivar Park

The self Check-In was easy and very flexible, which was great as my flight arrived I my late in Vancouver. Thanks to the detailed description provided by Qing it was very easy to get to the room, which was very clean and welcoming l’ll prepared. I also appreciated Qing’s warm welcome and proactive offering of help, and care, asking if I made it there safely or would need anything - throughout my entire stay. As this is a house with shared living spaces, I had the pleasure of meeting some of my house mates over my stay. They were all very friendly and welcoming in my case, which was very pleasant. In any cases were I needed help, Qing reacted promptly within an hour and fixed any problems immediately. In all direct interactions, i was treated very kindly and was always reminded that I can reach out whenever I need help or with any problem, which I appreciated much. The Check-Out was also uncomplicated and easy. All together a great stay!

Amazing place, host was a great communicator but not over bearing. I will definitely be coming back to the same host.

We chose to stay ay Matt and Maggie’s guest suite for a month whilst visiting our family in Vancouver in April/May 2025. We couldn’t have made a better choice. The suite was in a great location on the fringes of New Westminster on a very peaceful street. The suite was spacious, light and very well equipped with everything you might need, including such things as coffee and snacks that lasted us the full month. Matt and Maggie were so easy to communicate with throughout the reservation, check in, stay and check out processes and always very responsive. It was a real pleasure to stay at their suite from beginning to end, and we will certainly plan to stay with them again on our next visit. Thoroughly recommended.

My stay at Paul and Lyns’s place was fantastic! The basement was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything me and my cat needed. Paul was very accommodating and provided great local tips. I highly recommend this place for anyone who's planning on visiting the Vancouver BC area :)
