IF YOU WANT A CHEAP ACCOMMODATION, BRING YOUR OWN BED LINENS AND DO THE FINAL CLEANING YOURSELF. You can also rent bed linens & bath towels for SEK 50 per set and you can book final cleaning. Final cleaning for one night costs SEK 300 and SEK 400 for two nights or more. Check-in Monday-Friday from 5 p.m., Saturday-Sunday can be earlier by agreement

This is the perfect accommodation for those who are traveling or who work in Bollnäs and need an overnight apartment with a good workplace. The apartment is centrally located and is just a stone's throw from the travel center if you come by bus or train. If you come by car, there is parking in our garage under the house. You have more shops and restaurants in the city center and only a 20-minute walk (5 minutes by bus) to Bollnäs Hospital. In the house, there is a good restaurant, hairdresser and a mini-market.

In the beautiful village of Undersvik, you are close to nature, outdoor life, culture and swimming. Two miles north, you have Järvsö with a ski resort and mountain bike park. Ten kilometers south is Orbaden with a lovely beach, spa facility and adventure trail among the treetops and zipline. In the village there are several beautiful walks along the river and to mountain peaks.

Trains run from Stockholm Airport (Arlanda) straight to the village and takes 1 hour and 40 mins. Cross country skiing/skating, nature hikes, mushrooming, swimming. The local pizzeria/restaurant/bar/gas station is found a couple of minutes away by foot, car or bike. The living space has two working fireplaces and is ideal for any season.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a residential building with 2 apartments, where the downstairs apartment is rented long-term. We who rent out live in adjacent houses on the same farm. Bed linens and towels are included.

Next to the accommodation there is also access to a laundry room. The bedroom has three beds, but has room for an extra bed if you need it. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are not included, but can be rented if needed.

Hela gruppen kommer att ha enkel tillgång till allt från detta centralt belägna boende vid sjön Varpen. Här kan man bo sommar som vinter. Till centrum tar det ca 20 minuter att promenera och till ICA Maxi tar det ca 10 minuter att gå. Bussförbindelser finns vid Ica Maxi. Det finns plats för en bil att parkera vid entrén.
