The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

Följ stigen utmed udden till bryggan för ett bad. Vedeldad bastu, båt och kanot kan ni hyra på plats. Bastu 500kr, båt eller kanot 200kr. Stugan ligger i anslutning till naturreservat samt vandrings- och cykelled. Fiskekort behövs för fiske i sjön. Avstånd med bil: 5 min till Simlångsdalen, 20 min till Halmstad

Lakan och handdukar medtages eller tillhandahålls 130 kr eller 13 euro/set. Boka före ankomst och betalas kontant. Städning är INTE inräknad. Önskas städning av oss boka i god tid före er ankomst. Städavgift 1000 kr/100 E. Altan med sjöutsikt. Båt gratis. Hyra av motor 1000 kr/100 E.

The mill is several hundred years old, but the apartment is modern. The apartment is an open planning, and you have the sound of the river directly outside the window. Gästhus i Sunnaryd med roddbåt

Trevlig stuga med stor uteplats som är belägen på en sjötomt vid sjön Bolmen. Här finns det möjlighet till bad och fiske. Ni kommer att ha tillgång till privat brygga och strand. En roddbåt som är perfekt att använda för fiske ingår i priset. Det finns möjlighet att hyra motor till båten. Det finns en småbåtshamn ca 400 m från boendet med gästbrygga och även där finns badplats. Här finns även en padelbana, utegym och två boulebanor.

Egen ö (nås via bro) med vedeldat bad och kanot

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende på egen ö som man lätt når via en liten bro från egna parkeringsplatsen. Paddla kanot till öarna på andra sidan sjön, bada från badstenen eller i vedeldade badkaret, läs en bok i hängmattan, chilla på terrassen, plocka svamp, laga middag och läs en bok medan ni blickar ut över sjön. Alla fönster har sjöutsikt åt alla håll.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.

Some fishing equipment avaible in the shed. Remember to bring your own lures, spinners, jiigs, woblers. Shopping - Lidhult, 12 km - Ljungby, 35 km - All kinds of shops and facilities and a real Swedish provincial town. There is market day every second Saturday. Halmstad, 45 km - larger than Ljungby in every way and more opportunities

Hus på landet

Ljus och fräsch lägenhet , ligger nära skogen och ca 300 m från sjön . Badplats finns ca 1600m . Ljungby stad 12 km från huset. Lakan , badlakan och slutstädning ingår ! Finns möjlighet att ladda elbilen mot extra kostnad . Obs wifi finns men mycket ostabilt på grund av skogen runtomkring.
