Our stay was spectacular !! The house is perfect ! Guilherme is always very attentive and helpful. For example, I asked about wine glasses in the house and he offered to arrange them for the stay. I arrived and found a brand new set of glasses!! Very good and spacious rooms. The house and the integrated kitchen were very good! Everything we needed, the house had at our disposal!! The only thing to point out is that the pool and spa with solar heating, even though it is clear in the advertisement that in the coldest times the heating would be directed only to the spa, the same did not happen, not even to break the ice of the water, making it impossible to use. We loved the house and the stay! We will definitely be back

The stay at Tiago's place was excellent. The property is new, large and very well equipped, meeting our needs perfectly. The location is strategic, with easy access to market, pharmacy and other essential services. In addition, the host stood out for the helpfulness and agile communication, always available to assist in what was needed. The flexibility in check-in and check-out times was a differential, as was the attention to detail, including the complimentary items left in the refrigerator. I strongly recommend the rental for those seeking comfort, practicality and an excellent host.
