Beautiful apartment located in a safe condominium with a concierge 50 meters from the sandy strip of the central beach, airy and with great heatstroke. Very close to the beaches of Lagoinha, Sepultura, Retiro dos Padres and Four islands that can be easily accessed on small walks. Basic services in the surroundings (supermarket/pharmacy and beach commerce). With 3 bedrooms (01 suite) all with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large balcony with barbecue grill and living room. Great location.

Enjoy Praia Bombinhas, SC and its Wonders!

Entire apartment, ideal for families visiting the paradise of Bombinhas and other beaches such as Porto Belo, Bombas, Mariscal and 4 Ilhas. Super cozy, we furnish it with affection as if it were for our family's use. We are 50 meters from the sea, via a sidewalk and illuminated. We are in the center, in a privileged location and close to markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and numerous local craft shops, souvenirs and beach items. We have all kitchen utensils, great Wi-Fi and private garage.

Apartment with 1 en-suite + 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 barbecues (ground floor and penthouse). Sunny all day, airy and wide. Old building without elevator, only 2 floors. Rotating parking spot.
