Beautiful house with private entrance, overlooking the Caixa d'Aço sea in the fishing village of Araçá in Porto Belo. Close to schooner rides, Araçá Silvestre restaurant, Marques Market, Araçá beach, Caixa d'Aço beach, shipyard beach. It has a covered garage for 2 cars and a patio with parking for 2 more cars. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed, and space in the bedrooms to put 1 single mattress. Large bathroom with large shower.
