the location is really beautiful, because it's a period house, we feel very good. A single small caveat was in relation to the external hydro massage that because it was close to tall trees it had a lot of leaves inside, if there was a small sieve we would be able to remove them ourselves and use the hydro. Besides that, nothing to complain about. It's definitely worth a visit.

Friendly 80s chalet, very well located, quiet condominium, owner meets super fast, clean and fragrant bedding and bath.

We left a little while ago from Giba's house and we already missed her. Our stay was beautiful. Giba is the best host, we feel it like a lifelong friend. The house has everything you need to spend a very nice vacation, beautiful view, silence of nature and two very affectionate dogs. There are plenty of spaces in and out to relax. The pool is very comfortable and warm! We have breakfast on the deck ,overlooking the English, and eat in silence after a nap in the Paraguayan hammock. Everything is done with lots of love. It's definitely a very special place. We came without a car and were able to move without problems in public transportation, Uber or on foot. We walk to the center and English beach very relaxed. One of the times we walk down, we share the walk with some friends, little monitos. The house, the view, its location and the treatment of Giba allowed us to disconnect and totally relax. See you soon Giba, we will be back! Pura vida!

Sandra's house is beautiful as you can see in the photos in the publication. Very comfortable. We received it impeccable in terms of cleanliness. It is noticeable that he is very fond and that he takes care of every detail. For every moment of the day there is a little corner where one can relax and enjoy, in the garden, on its wooden deck or inside. From the first moment you feel at home. Sandra is a very good host. She was always attentive to everything we needed. For us the location of the house on the island is the best. If you have a car you can mobilize to the beaches you want and you are close. If you don't have a car, you have public transportation. And if you don't want to mobilize, you have the beautiful Mozambique square very close to walk. I hope we can come back soon!

André was very communicative from the reservation and during the stay. He was always attentive to our requirements. The house is especially comfortable the gallery where in addition to the ocean view, it runs a cool breeze on the very hot days we had. It has all necessary kitchen users. Santinho Beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Recommended.

Great stay in a beautiful location

The cabin is beautiful and the land it is on is stunning with a pool and small lake with ducks and geese and chicken. We spotted a rabbit and twice at night, an adorable fox (apparently he is a menace to the birds). There is also an outdoor hot tub. There are bugs but that comes with all the nature so maybe bring some big spray to use against mosquitoes. Luana was so responsive and accommodating. A couple minor hiccups were managed very quickly. I couldn’t be more impressed with her responsiveness. It is a little far from the busy areas, maybe 15 minutes to the closest one so I do recommend anyone staying there to get a rental car. Overall, great stay.

The stay was impeccable. Luana and Ezequiel are extremely attentive and everything that is described in the listing corresponds to what I found on the site. The hut, besides being beautiful, is in a well-preserved place in its interior and very pleasant in its surroundings. I was treated very kindly all along. The covers, towels, curtains, cushions and everything that make up the environment was very clean, organized and smelling. The bathtub is great and warms well. The climate of the hut is very romantic to go as a couple and also very cozy for those who are single. It was very worth being there

This is the second time we've stayed, this time in the cottage with a hot tub and everything was wonderful! Dear hosts, impeccable space, beautiful outdoor area. We had an extended checkout, which made a lot of sense for our routine and we even brought some fruit from their orchard 🫶🏻 We highly recommend the space! Especially for those who want to “escape” the madness of the city. Currently, the space has a grocery store in front of it, which also made it much easier, we did not leave the vicinity of the cottage for anything and that was exactly the goal 🥰

I loved this place and I will vote for sure, organized chale you can do everything easily, Gabi and her husband who are host of la are some dear ones, super attentive. It is a place that can stay so much in the tranquility of the chale when having easy access to the shops and the beach, really a paradise this place I love tranquility so we choose to stay there more, there is a trail nearby also really an amazing experience worth knowing.

Luciana welcomed us very well, showed us the house, gave us a toast and made herself available for eventualities. The Chalet is very cozy and comfortable and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen is great, well equipped with a vertical refrigerator. The suite on the ground floor is very spacious for a couple. The two upper bedrooms are large, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds, the only nuisance there was the air conditioners in the upper rooms that generated more noise than usual, probably because it was attached to the wooden wall. The outdoor area is very good, there is room for two cars quietly, even if it is SUV. The In-law is great, large, and well-equipped. The Laundry Area also meets the needs. The chalet is located in the northern part of the island and we intended to visit the beaches there (Canasvieiras, Ingleses, Brava, Jurerê, Canajurê, etc.)So if you have that intention, I recommend it!

Everything very good, well located, close to the beach, everything clean and organized. the pool was clean on arrival and was also cleaned during the stay. we had a small issue with the stove but it was resolved promptly. Would recommend.

The site corresponds exactly to the descriptions and the pictures. Great location, safe, well located, good neighbors, very close to the beach and ease of accessing services without having to use vehicles. The only thing that bothered us, and obviously totally escapes the host's control, was the construction of a nearby building, which every day at 6:50 am rang a siren and the noises of saws, hammers, concrete truck, etc... I believe that next season the building is complete and we can have a little more tranquility, as we certainly intend to stay with Mr. Otto. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we feel totally at home.

Place with a great location, very beautiful view, comfortable, clean and very cozy house.

The house was the perfect choice for our weekend at the beach, especially because of our puppies. The courtyard is huge, totally fenced, which has given us a lot of tranquility and security to let them loose. They ran and had too much fun! The surroundings of the house are well wooded, with a super cozy and cozy atmosphere — it looks like you are in the middle of the bush, but just a few steps from the sand. The location is great, with several charming local restaurants nearby, as well as a beautiful and quiet beach. The house itself is extremely clean, organized and comfortable. Without a doubt, it was the best place I've ever stayed at the beach!
