Sur 200m2, découvrez grand espace de vie sous une charpente apparente du XVIIIème siècle, doté d'une cuisine ouverte, d'une grande salle à manger-salon, d'un billard, d'un baby-foot, d'une terrasse plein sud et d'une piscine sécurisée, 4 chambres possédant chacune une salle de bain, et dans la tour.. un lit rond!

Notre gîte, au milieu des vignes avec sauna et jacuzzi privatif se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine tout équipée (cafetière nescafé et dosettes fournies),d'un canapé lit, une salle d'eau ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec un lit 160×200. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, on a very quiet little street, the accommodation is totally private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its pretty terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine castles. There is a small sitting area with a single sofa bed and a comfortable double bed.
