Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bondi

Gorgeous studio perfect for my weekend in Sydney. Had everything plus more that I needed and Michael left great instructions and local guide. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Fantastic location close to public transport and was able to find parking close enough.

Lorena was incredibly kind and patient host. Locked our key inside the place and she very very kindly drove an hour to open the door and was very kind about it. Always responsive and lovely home. Incredibly close to bondi! Definitely recommend.

WE had a very smooth and enjoyable stay. Loved the quietness/privacy. Beds great. Excellent access for public transport to various places. Jeremy had warned us about steps. We are in our upper 70's, but we were able to negotiate the steps ok (carefully). The surrounding streets are sloping, and we we walked, not using our car for 6 days. We got a little tired over time, but the exercise felt good. A unique experience -highly recommended! (But not for the frail).

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location- a couple blocks away from Bondi Beach. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the ability to have a washer for our clothing. The area was nice and quiet.

We loved Guillaume's place in Bondi! It was perfect for our family's needs, very quaint and charming. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids). We absolutely loved the location of this Airbnb. We walked every single day to a cafe, restaurant, shop, the beach... We were out and about the entire time on foot while in Bondi. It was perfect and we miss it so much already. The hosts were very responsive and that's something I appreciate so much when using Airbnb. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed which was an added plus bc not every Airbnb is well stocked. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again. The Bondi Beach, Tamarama, Bronte beach area is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. After spending a week running all over Sydney, I’m so glad we stayed here instead of downtown or near the Opera House. We felt like we got a more authentic experience. Charlotte’s house has billionaire views in a cozy, easy to use place right on one of the best beach trails I’ve ever experienced. 5 of 5, I’ll dream of my next chance to stay here.

I think the fact we returned to this Bondi apartment for a second time this year says it all. Have stayed in many Airbnb's in Sydney and this is our favorite. Beautifully designed - comfortable bed and spacious living area. Very nice kitchen and just 2 blocks from the world famous Bondi beach. The 2 parking spaces are highly coveted in the busy Bondi area. The apartment is a 3rd floor walkup and does not have A/C which was not an issue for the seasonal weather. Very happy with our host Contemporary Hotel and had a wonderful stay!

Great stay — unbeatable location! The number one highlight of this Airbnb is definitely the location — it truly can’t be beaten! A very close second is the convenience of having a supermarket and bottle shop right in the building, which made things incredibly easy. We didn’t make use of the cooker, as we were mostly out and about, but the place was perfect for what we needed: sleeping, showering, and a few practical things like using the fridge, washer/dryer, and clothes horse — all of which worked perfectly and without any hassle. Would happily stay again for the location and convenience alone!

A gorgeous airbnb in a gorgeous location - close to shops, cafes and the beach. The house has been set up beautifully, both stylish and comfortable, with lots of lovely touches to make you feel at home. There was great supplies, and even a gift for us when we arrived. The comms were excellent. We woul absolutley stay here again. thanks for a wonderful stay

This apartment was an oasis and haven. Drenched in sunlight, quiet, peaceful, perfectly laid out. In the middle of everything but felt completely private. I thoroughly recommend.

We recently had a fantastic stay at this property. Superb location one block back from the beach in a leafy quiet area but only 2 minutes easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Thiago is an exceptionally professional host with very prompt service and is obviously fully committed to providing a quality product and experience. Highly recommend this property for a superb Bondi experience. Would definitely choose this property when staying in this area in the future.

Ben’s apartment sits at the highest point of North Bondi, and the views truly live up to the photos. Every room offers a stunning outlook—Bondi Beach from the front, and the open sea from the back. On clear days, we even spotted whales! If you’re looking for a place with unforgettable views, this is the one. The North Bondi area is peaceful and has a unique charm. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the shower was amazing—strong and hot, perfect for cold winter days. There’s also a convenient parking spot, which made things much easier for us since we had a car. Ben was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and super helpful during check-in. We really appreciated his support and felt very welcomed. We had a wonderful week and would definitely love to come back. The view alone is more than enough reason to return!

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

Anton is a great host! His apartment is in a brilliant location and has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. I would love to come and stay here again.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.
