Good access to the Stuttgart area with airport - only about 30 minutes away. A large covered wooden terrace with lawn surrounds the entire apartment. The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure comfort. Custom kitchen from the kitchen builder, fast Wi-Fi and a large TV complete the package.

Our small, approx. 30 sqm granny apartment consists of one and a half rooms with living and dining area, separate bedroom and small bathroom. It is located within walking distance of the train station, but you can get to the beautiful fields even faster. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our terrace in front of the house can also be used. The place is probably best suited for an individual, but two people who like each other will also find space here :)

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
