Welcome to Lilo Nectar, this little cocoon between hills and fir trees, perched at 900 meters above sea level is located in Champagnac-le-Vieux, in the department of Haute-Loire on the foothills of the Livradois-Forez Park. Kassydy House

Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. It is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

Come and have an atypical stay perched 5 m high in the treetops of hundred-year-old oaks. As a couple or with family, enjoy an unusual experience in a natural setting. La Cabane de la Mûre, with an area of approximately 35 m2, can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room (140 sofa bed), fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen. A large outdoor terrace hosting a private hot tub heated year-round.
