This is a separate house for guests in a rural house located in a quiet rural village 15 minutes by car to the sea of Gangneung. Although the building is connected, it is composed of a separate building with a separate entrance, toilet, and cooking facilities, allowing for an independent stay. Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area where you can experience barbecue with an electric grill (no charcoal/campfire due to the risk of wildfire). If you come with children, you can also try seasonal activities with the owner couple, who are like a rural grandmother and grandfather. The room is not large, so we recommend a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It's narrow for 3 or more adults. We also prepare breakfast with a home-cooked meal like mom's only for those who request it (extra charge). Hello, this is Nani House, located in the peaceful and beautiful Bonghwa Chunyang. The National Baekdu Mountain Arboretum is a 1-minute walk away, and there is plenty of parking space, so it is good for a trip. Electric vehicle charging is also available at the arboretum parking lot. You can enjoy a walk and stargazing in the spacious yard and the quiet neighborhood. The bedroom has 2 single beds, so you can use them separately or together. There is also a queen size mattress in the loft space. You can also cook with a microwave and induction stove. Please book in advance when using the barbecue grill & charcoal (20,000 KRW). We will try to make good memories at Nani House.

The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
