Monthly Rentals in Bonticou Crag

Jonathan’s place was so bright airy and very very clean. It is decorated well amd was bigger than I thought it would be. The kitchen has all you need to cook or just have coffee and tea. We loved the small covered terrace. It was raining very hard and we could still sit outside and enjoy nature. The location is great close to wonderful hiking as well as great towns with good food and so much more. Jonathan was very helpful sharing lots of info about the apartment and the area. He was available for any questions we had.

Diana is warm and accessible. That is a gift. And, it is such a special place- the sounds of birds and rustling leaves in the trees- and forest you see from every window. Its a touch of a drive but so worth it. Everything is in perfect condition and Diana's taste in color, texture and art is elegant- yet simple, mildly rustic, and still- old charm. It is private and safe. I know I will be back there one day. It was like a retreat!

Spacious and relaxing back yard set up. Spent just one night but it’s definitely a place that would be great for longer stays with the amenities available!

Brian and Alyssa's place just a couple miles outside New Paltz was the perfect home base for our weekend of biking the various trails nearby (there's an entrance to the Empire State Trail right off their street). The home itself is beautiful--there's a short binder at the house that shows how they completely transformed the interiors to make it more spacious and modern--and well-appointed, with towels, extra linens, and plenty of kitchen equipment. Brian and Alyssa also provided many local recommendations, both via a binder at the house as well as via message, and were super communicative and responsive throughout our stay. They were also extremely accommodating in letting us leave our bags at the house a few hours past checkout while we finished one last bike ride. Would definitely stay again!
