The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Looking for a pied-à-terre to discover Alsace or take a trip to Europapark? We will welcome you with pleasure in this charming 85 m2 ground floor apartment. Located near Strasbourg (30 km), Colmar (50 km) and Europapark (7 km), you are on the banks of the Rhine and a short walk from the Rhinau/Kappel Ferry which will take you directly to Germany. This place can accommodate up to 6 guests, and has all the comforts for a peaceful stay with family or friends.
