Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Borak

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

Nina’s place was an absolute treasure - from arranging transfer from the airport to being met at the location, it was very smooth sailing with instant, friendly communication along the way. And the place itself was better than we’d even hoped: charming, clean, and supremely comfortable (the bed was out of this world, we slept great). I could go on and on with superlatives, but suffice it to say: absolutely a great stay, with nothing left to be desired. A fabulous launching pad to explore Split, we had such a wonderful time, thanks to Nina and Marina and all, we hope to come back and we would choose this place again in a heartbeat. Das Erlebnis war echt toll, das Haus war super und der Service auch gut. An Hilfeleistung hats absolut nicht gemangelt und man konnte immer jemanden erreichen. Es wurden auch zahlreiche Infos über die Gegend und Möglichkeiten an Aktivitäten gegeben, langweilig wirds also nie. Nur zu empfehlen

Alles was goed, prachtige villa splinternieuw en brandschoon. Mooi gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Luka is een zeer behulpzame host en reageert heel snel. Absolute aanrader om hier te verblijven.

I can’t recommend Mireja’s beach house enough. If anything, it is even more beautiful than the photos show! The house was spotless and right in the heart of Hvar while allowing some privacy from the terrace. Mireja was incredibly friendly and responsive. We want to come back and stay here again for a longer trip!

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

Było cudownie, widoki wspaniałe, sklep 5 min spacerkiem, do miasteczka i plaży ok 20 minut też spacerkiem. Apartamenty super, czyściutko, spokojne. Basen i pomieszczenie do grillowania extra. Bardzo polecamy

Przepiękny widok z tarasu na morze, mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Włascicielka jest bardzo sympatyczną i uśmiechnietą osobą. Zostaliśmy miło przywitani, po długiej podróży Neda poczęstowała nas przystawkami oraz schłodzonymi napojami. Polecam ten obiekt.

The place looked exactly as shown in the photos. Just a short and beautiful 5-minute walk takes you to a peaceful pebble stone beach where we spent a lot of time. It’s wonderfully calm and set on a hillside with stunning sea views—a perfect spot to unwind.

We had a lovely time in Split. The apartment is easy to access and right int he centre. It is clean and bright and a great place to relax after a hot day.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d une semaine chez Ana ! Tout était parfait et conforme à la description, très belle décoration, très propre, une jolie vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien agréable La literie très confortable et le lieu paisible et reposant Ana nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et a été très réactive à nos demandes Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Absolutely stunning location, set on a promenade that runs the full length of Podstrana, meters from the sea. Whilst the beach isn’t private, it certainly felt so to us as barely anyone else used it. So so peaceful. The apartment was so well thought out. Branka has literally thought of everything you could possibly need! luxurious and a real treat. The free use of the sun beds, kayaks, SUP and large beach BBQ made it difficult to leave and we spent a large amount of our holiday just there relaxing which turns out was just what we needed! A taxi to Split with uber is super easy and around 7-9 euros. Podstrana has many bars and restaurants in both directions and really good quality too. The area is still in development in places so in a year or so we imagine will be a lot busier. For us it was perfect exactly as it was. I’ve never returned to the same place before as there’s so many places to see but for this, we will be back.Thanks Branka & Ivan

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, zadbane, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem . Jedyny minus to daleko do fajnej plaży. Dojeżdżaliśmy codziennie autem do plaży. Bardzo polecam

Absolutely perfect ! A hotel-worthy service while being welcomed as if we were family. The location is great : a 5 minutes walk to the beach and a 45 minutes ride from Split. Thank you again for everything

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Wir können Erikas Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen: Sie liegt zentral, so dass man in alle Richtungen Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Die Wohnung ist bestens für 5 Personen, der Ausblick aufs Meer von der Terrasse ist gigantisch! In 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuß von der Wohnung am herrlichen Strand. Alles traumhaft!!

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.
