Spacious apartment recently renovated on the ground floor near the center and in front of the wonderful ski slopes of the Milky Way in winter. In summer it's next to a gorgeous golf course. Three large bedrooms, four bathrooms, spacious living room. It's a perfect home for a weekend on the slopes with friends or a week off in the family. In summer, the golf course is very well equipped. Delizioso apartamento in uno chalet che si trova all’arrivo della seggiovia Clotes, sopra Sauze d’Oulx a 1800mt. In un pianoro molto bello dove si trovano bar e ristorantii e dove alcune scuole sci si radunano prima della partenza. . Da qui parte la seggiovia principale per arrivare in cima alle montagne. Un punto di partenza fantastico per le vs avventure sul comprensorio di 400 km della Via Lattea fino a Montgenevre in Francia.
