Sono disponibili a pochi minuti a piedi parcheggi su strada sia gratuiti che a pagamento e parcheggi custoditi a pagamento che per l'intera giornata costano da 10 € a 25 €.

Trulli Ad Maiora, charming trulli with SPA

Local trullari masters have revived this magical place using local techniques and materials. The result is a private property where you can spend a real experience. From the zero-km fruit and vegetables of our organic garden to the jogging path in the countryside where there are 1950 native plants and 45 olive trees. From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

SILVESTRO'S HOUSE - Private house

Typical historic stone house on the ground floor, in the heart of the Valle d'Itria just minutes from Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello. Equipped with all the essentials plus a large kitchen, two spacious and independent bedrooms and a beautiful private outdoor atrium with barbecue area. Located on a family farm with fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables available daily. Locally produced olive oil, wine and sangria. Host has various Apulian experiences on offer upon request.

Small cottage with large private pool

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

Quercus: Apartment with terrace

"Quercus" is a 19th century building, located in the historic center of Alberobello, within the magnificent setting of the trulli (typical local buildings and UNESCO heritage site). The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private and independent bathroom, and a kitchenette. One of the two rooms has a terrace from which to admire the trulli of the "rione monti" and "aia piccola". Quercus will make you savor the atmosphere and flavors of a one-of-a-kind land.

They have just been renovated and offer the possibility of enjoying an unforgettable experience: living in contact with nature in a typical and ancient Apulian construction (three hundred years old!) without renouncing modern comforts. We have just built a swimming pool with hydromassage in the garden for our guests' EXCLUSIVE USE. For 2025 you can enjoy the pool from 15th April to 15th October!

Stone loft with balcony overlooking the sea

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
