I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The pool was a highlight—perfectly maintained and ideal for both relaxing and fun with family or friends. The music system was a pleasant surprise—great quality sound throughout the space, adding to the overall vibe. The home is both family- and baby-friendly, with plenty of space for little ones to move around safely. At the same time, it’s equally perfect for a group of friends looking to unwind and enjoy together. The hosts were responsive and warm, making our stay seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that ticks all the boxes—comfort, fun, and style!

The place is clean and well maintained. Good for small groups. Didn’t find any issue from neighbours’ side. I stayed for 2 days. The only thing was the cleaning was not done time for my 2nd day of stay. Else everything was good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Staymaster 2BHK villa in Nerul. The property is beautifully maintained with stylish and thoughtfully done interiors that instantly make you feel at home. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The villa is perfectly located near Coco Beach, and the drive leading up to it is absolutely scenic. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in North Goa.

I stayed at Nalin’s place for 9 nights and had a great stay. The space in so worth the price, and the service is great too. They helped me with finding a cook also who came and cooked breakfast everyday and this comfort was the highlight of my trip. Sioliim is a great area to stay in, it’s peaceful and this is a gated society with security guards present all the time - so it is safe too.

The villa was everything we could’ve hoped for. The space was beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and full of natural light. The private pool was the highlight: peaceful, crystal-clear, and perfect for both morning dips and sunset lounging. Surrounded by huge trees and complete privacy, it felt like our own slice of paradise. Every detail—from the cozy interiors to the serene outdoor space—made the stay truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the caretaker Sushma, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. And thank you to the host Aswati for making everything seamless and welcoming from start to finish. Your hospitality made our stay extra special—we can’t wait to come back!

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again
