The modern house with 9 individual apartments has been in existence since 1992 and is lined with high-quality materials and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes walk to the right sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops can also be reached just a few 100 m away. Also the path to the harbor is only up to 10 15 minutes.
