The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Gelegen op een prachtige en rustige zichtlocatie en op kleine (loop)afstand van diverse faciliteiten en activiteiten in en nabij het pitoreske Akkrum!

A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. Around this area, many cycling routes can be found, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the Arkenpark.

Ideal starting point for cycling, canoeing and hiking tours through nature. Plenty of privacy and a place to relax and unwind. Travel time to attractions such as Amsterdam and Keukenhof is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
