This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes from central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are lovely walking trails along Lake Siljan nearby, which can be enjoyed in both summer and winter.

Just behind the house is Paradisbacken, which is a large sledding hill in the winter. It is close to Romme Alpine, only 16 minutes by car. Kupolen shopping center is only 5 minutes away and Maserhallen/Aqua Nova even closer. Come and enjoy slalom skiing, hiking or shopping and spend wonderful days here! Welcome!

Vintertid går det att bada isvak från bryggan, om vädret tillåter körs skidspår upp på sjön. Omgivningen består av bär och svampskogar med vackra promenadstråk. På sommaren kan du ta en tur med roddbåten eller njuta av kvällssolen på altanen. Stugan ligger endast 15 min från Falun och 45 min från Romme Alpin.

In our cozy, bright, fully-equipped little cottage, you live undisturbed and take care of yourself. The cottage has four regular beds, a guest bed, TV, WiFi, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen utensils, barbecue and patio with furniture in summer. The yard is spacious and in the back are our four kind working horses. We are in scenic Torsång with proximity to Lake Runn, Dalälven, Romme alpine, Gyllbergen nature reserve, Borlänge and Falun.

Promenadavstånd till Carl Larsson-gården och Stora Hyttnäs 650 m, Sundborns kyrka 900 m. Närhet till fin natur med elljusspår och vandringsleder. Endast 200 m till uppfriskande bad i Sundbornsån. Sommartid finns möjlighet att hyra SUP-bräda. Byns bastu vid ån går att hyra. Lugnet, Högskolan Dalarna, Falu centrum ca 13 km, Världsarvet Falun - Falu Gruva 14 km.

Lugnets arena ligger endast 4 km bort. Upplev Skid-VM 2027 hos oss! Under denna evenemangsperiod erbjuder vi bokningar med en minsta vistelse på fem nätter. Huset är placerat på den lugnare sidan av stadion, vilket gör att du undviker det värsta trafiken vid tävlingarna. På gården finns hästar och katter.

Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Welcome home to us and our bright guest apartment located in the basement of our villa. You have your own entrance with a code lock and come down the stairs directly into the apartment, which has its own toilet with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and the possibility to cook. We who live in the house are me, Ola and my wife Theresa and our two boys born in 2017 and 2021.
