Surrounded by fields and stunning views the wildlife is abundant . Excellent walks, classic pubs and 2 miles from Smeetham Hall wedding venue. We'll make your stay as comfortable and straightforward as possible. We're on site if you need us but value your privacy if you do not. Garden annexe-early check-in available

Our home is about 20 mins walk to town. There is an Indian restaurant & convenience shop across the road, Turkish restaurant, Chinese takeout & riverside restaurant within 10 mins. Take a lovely walk through Sudbury water meadows in to town. The annexe with outside decking is situated at the rear of our garden with access via stairs to a parking space(apologies but guests without satisfactory reviews will not be accepted) Sorry, no pets as we have a friendly cat and 2 dogs roaming the garden
