Jaswan Inn Borobudur

SusanneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Andreas spontaneously took a lot of time for me. He showed me two temples and told me a lot about them. Then I was allowed to see a batik workshop and a huge rice field. In no country, neither in India, Bali or Nepal, has the landlord taken so much time for me. Thank you for the wonderful day! I absolutely loved the breakfast, as well as the bed!

Little Sawah Bungalow

IsabellaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Little Sawah was a lovely place to stay for a few days, with a peaceful view of the rice fields. Budi was super helpful and made the stay fun and enjoyable. His knowledge in the area was helpful and he taught me a lot of cultural aspects to his village. Terima Kasih!

Omah Dekso Guesthouse

ShailRating, 5 stars6 months ago
If you want to rest, surround yourself with nature, and feel at home, then Atiek and Andre’s place is just the spot. The architecture of the house is a perfect representation of tropical modernism with a ton of light and air filtering in through the old wooden structure. The greenery outside blends in with the inside and you never feel caged in your room. The hosts do some amazing work with the local community, so if you value supporting locally owned businesses, highly recommend staying here. Will definitely come back sometime in future! ❣️

Joglo Gumuk- antique house surrounded by farmlands

IlseRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful place, overlooking the rice fields. Even has a little cute kitchen. We did some yoga and an ice bath, very nice Please do note it’s about a 30min drive to Yogya centre so if you’re just there for the city, maybe find another place. Also, because the cabin is made of wood, you hear all the mosques songs very loudly. We were prepared for this tho, since it was mentioned in other reviews :) We absolutely loved waking up and overlooking the rice fields.
