Self-Contained Guest Studio Flat

Lovely studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart tv and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

Self contained one bedroom flat in a larger house

1 mile from Shalford station, 3 miles from Guildford station but in middle of the Surrey Hills. 3 acre garden & room has great views of the garden, donkey & horses. Accommodation is a large double bedroom, ensuite shower room & a kitchen. There isn't a living room however it is a large double room. The property is a ten minute walk to the village pub, the Grantley Arms, Wonersh.
