This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 meters from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that allows there to be water in the faucet in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of children's equipment available at the cabin such as a high chair, crib, sled, sled board and lots of games inside. Everything is there to be used :) Fire pan can be set out. Waffle iron for the fire pan is in the shed. Firewood is included in the rent

Cozy family cabin

Cozy cabin at Bortelid. Here you can relax and enjoy the nice view, or take long trips on skis or on foot. We use the cabin ourselves when it suits us. We have locked off a bedroom on the first floor for private belongings, otherwise you can use the entire cabin. The cabin consists of a bathroom, 1 bedroom and a living room/kitchen on the 1st floor. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, a small attic room and a small toilet. There is also a bed-brisque with the possibility to sleep on. You have to clean the cabin yourself. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The cabin has all the amenities a modern holiday home should have. Brokke is a perfect place for outdoor activities in summer and winter. Swimming in the popular pools, climbing routes, new roller ski track, dumptrack and frisbee. Alpine slope and cross-country skiing The cabin is located close to the summer open Brokke-Suleskarveien. A fantastic alpine tour that ends in Lysefjorden in Rogaland. 10 min by car to the nearest store and Sølvgarden hotel and restaurant.

The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden on Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is room on the loft for two/three on a flat bed. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. It is possible to charge an electric car on the property.

Om sommeren kan du leie masse utstyr til ulike aktiviteter. Flott butikk og kafe i nærheten! Om du ser etter et sted til å slappe av og kose deg, så er dette stedet. Kjæledyr er i utgangspunktet ikke tillat, men kan evt avtales direkte med eier. Det er mulighet for å leie hele høstferier og vinterferieperiode etter avtale. Bare å sende melding.

Liten hyttevogn med vedovn ved en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass utenfor. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt. Til Bortelid skisenter 15 km.

To stuer, en nede med Tv (må ta Apple tv e.l) en stor loftstue oppe med TV (altibox), wifi, Bod til oppbevaring av mat samt smøring av ski.. Ca. 4 km til alpint skisenter og matbutikk. Tursti med gapahuk rett nedenfor hytta. Stor terrasse, sol hele dagen. Plass til to biler rett ved inngang. Husk utvask foretas av leier. Ikke sko inne.

Koselig uteområde med utemøbler og bålpanne Elbillader. 1 sekk vedsekk inkludert, mer ved kan kjøpes på hytta (100,- stk). Strøm inntil 50kr inkludert pr dag. Dere må vaske ut selv (Juli/august).

Nice little cabin. New, well-equipped kitchen

Liten, men hyggelig hytte i tun, her kan du/dere fint bli noen dager. Ett soverom med to enkeltsenger, men en person kan også sove i stuen. Godt utstyrt kjøkken for egen matlaging. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert, men dere må vaske ut selv. Vi kommuniserer fint via appen. Hytta er perfekt beliggende for utflukter både oppover og nedover i Setesdal.
