It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Smo v peš coni in območju kolesarske proge PARENZANA, do Kopra je samo 4.7 km izpod stoletnih borovcev. Lepa je tudi pot proti Portorožu in Piranu, ker imate dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice. Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, zelo čisto morje, z naravno senco iglavcev. Visoke temperature morja omogočajo kopanje do sredine oktobra.

Zdaj je na voljo za najem in obiskovalcem ponuja fantastičen prostor za oddih z zasebnim vrtom, leseno teraso in parkiriščem. Ljubitelje sodobnega dizajna in arhitekture bo prevzel dovršen interier.

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
