Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bossier Parish

First and foremost, clean! This is huge for me, esp since i can be a bit OCD. Very much a responsive host, polite, all the things you’re looking for from a host. The towels smelled so fresh even. The floors were clean and shine like my own home. He def needs to commend his cleaning lady, top notch! Location was great and the kitchen had the necessary items you’d expect for a stay.

This home was perfect for my family visiting Centenary. It was SO close to campus and to local shopping/dining. The home layout was great for our family and it was very comfortable. Claudia was very prompt and thorough with her communication. We loved the friendly neighbors (human and feline variety) and plan to visit this home again in the future!

Over all it was one of the cheapest places I could get for just me and saved me 50% from a comparable hotel I’m sure. It is a trailer at the end of a property line and the steps up to the porch are stable. Gabe communicated quickly about all questions I had. WiFi was a little slow but was able to work the smart TV, but cellular data was quicker than hooking up to the WiFi. Part of tow. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Shreveport.

Janet, was an awesome host. Her place looked exactly as they did on the photos. She gave great check in and check out instructions and was very responsive through text message. Her place was located near every store and restaurant you could think of. I would recommend anyone stay there. Thank you, Janet!!

Great home, felt safe, and it’s in a nice neighborhood! Had no issues with the home or location. And the home was very very very clean and had the easiest check out instructions! Will definitely be staying here again!

Friendly, responsive, clean. Not even loose hairs floating around. Includes linens, soap, towels. Kitchen has basic foods and seasoning in the pantry.

We enjoyed our stay. It was plenty of space for a group of 7 adults and a child. It was very comfortable.

Mr. Kurvis was an AMAZING HOST. He kept in touch the whole time I was there making sure I was ok & didn’t need anything. His home is very welcoming & clean. AND THE BED MY GOSH I slept sooooo good, he has a remote for the fan & lights that helped accommodate to my laziness while I was in bed lol … His place is very peaceful & cozy, Plus he had all of the amenities I would need on my stay there. This was absolutely perfect for my visit home this Memorial Day weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, will definitely book again for my next trip to Shreveport ❤️

Our host was amazing. Very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. She was very accommodating with allowing me to bring an extra guest at the last minute and giving us a late checkout. The room was very clean and comfy. Comfortable bed with crisp, clean linens. I would definitely stay here again.

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

Clean, beautiful and quiet. The neighbors were nice. The apartment looks just like the photos provided. The water pressure was nice. Micah was accommodating and responsive. The sunroom was inviting and has a nice view. It’s summer so it did get warm. I don’t remember the listing mentioning it, so please note that there are stairs.

Greatly enjoyed my stay. Appreciate that Andrew was accommodating with checking in and chech out times.

This is our “go to” place when visiting family in Shreveport. Everything you could possibly need to feel right at home including a comfortable bed, essentials for cooking, a great powerful shower, and room to relax. Private and quaint, a perfect home away from home. See you next time!

Great place to stay had everything we needed while in town for work.

This location was perfect for my needs. It was about a 15 minute drive to Shreveport and located in a quiet little condominium neighborhood. Due to lots of unexpected weather, Sage and I communicated frequently, and she and her husband were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful! The property itself was wonderfully decorated, and the outside patio was great for my cat! As a solo female traveler I felt safe here.

Shannon's place was just what we needed for our short stay. It was a cute private unit with plenty of space and each bedroom had their own Tvs which is a huge plus! Shannon was VERY responsive whenever I reached out to her for anything. Highly recommended if in Shreveport.

I'm a returning guest. Booked this cool place in 2024 for Mardi Gras. The apartment looked as great as my first stay! Every room was spotless! Lots of books on display if you have time to read. Up to date electrical outlets equipped with USB ports. Kitchen has top of the line appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave). Bed was super comfy! Slept like a baby! 5 stars!

This was a lovely place to stay. The apartment is quiet and very clean.. I slept great which is very important to me. The complex is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. It’s a very peaceful place to stay. I’ve been working in the area for two years and we have rented units in this complex several times and will continue booking stays here.
