Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

Inside, an open floor plan, a cozy fireplace and thoughtfully decorated spaces create a warm atmosphere. This is a place we built with love and care deeply about, and are happy to share with our guests. It’s good for the soul.
