Holiday rentals with lake access in Bouaye

We had a great time with the family at Emeline's. The house is very pleasant to stay in, the decoration is neat down to the details. The bay windows provide plenty of light and allow you to see the river and the birds! I'm already thinking about coming back for a weekend.

An unforgettable stay with a breathtaking view of the Loire! The accommodation is simply superb: tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and very comfortable. Everything has been thought out to make you feel good. But the real highlight is the exceptional view of the Loire – a soothing spectacle at any time of the day, which you will never tire of admiring. Very friendly owners, They accepted our dog, we are very grateful for that. Very clean accommodation, no complaints. A small gift basket and a binder on arrival, with all the activities and restaurants listed. Accommodation located a 2-minute walk to a small supermarket and bakery and a 5-minute drive to a supermarket. The owners remain very attentive if needed. We had a lovely stay. I had a great stay at Sébastien's house. The accommodation was impeccable, very comfortable and ideally located, less than a 5-minute walk from the city center. The garden is a real asset, perfect for enjoying a moment of calm. The house has a good surface area, which makes it very pleasant to live in, even for several people. As for the host, Sébastien was both warm, responsive and attentive, both during our arrival and throughout the stay. I highly recommend it to those looking for a relaxing weekend in Pornic, with the possibility of doing everything on foot.

Maxime‘s place is very charming and cosy. The balcony looks on a park and all you hear in the morning is the birds singing. Staying in Maxime’s flat felt like staying at a traveling friend’s place. It is small, but provides all you need including an excellently equipped kitchen. (If you like to do / plan to do some homecooking, this is your place.) Maxime reacted always extremely fast to our messages and was very helpful with practical information and advicice. What a kind host! You reach the flat by Bus 54, which runs from Gare du Sud (the main station’s southern exit). Until September 2025, road construction work is going on; so you want to check the at times deviating bus courses. We fully recommend a stay in Maxime‘s apartment!

Great location and lovely apartment

I had a great month at Antoine's place. The apartment is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well-equipped, quiet and ideally located. Antoine was an attentive, available and very responsive host, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back on a future visit!

An excellent welcome. The welcome tray was provided and all the little touches are nice. We were there during the heatwave but the fan provided allowed us to sleep well. Convenient for Hellfest, 20 minutes from the west parking lot. Elisa is a great host. I recommend +++ Stairs a little steep but not insurmountable even at 4 a.m. after a party ;) Go ahead and you won't be disappointed

Ideally located accommodation, close to Nantes but also the airport, clean, convenient, nicely decorated. Communication with Luc was fluid and the exchanges constructive.

Very pleasant stay, Babeth was very welcoming. Our cottage "Abricot" was clean and very warm. The exterior was perfect, we were able to alternate between the pool, the jacuzzi, the petanque court, the pool table, the foosball as well as the ping pong in peace. We were able to eat outside, living in the city it was very soothing to hear the birds sing. Being 5-10 min from the city center we were able to walk and visit Pornic and its surroundings. Ideal location. Thank you for these few days and see you soon!

We enjoyed the first minute. The gite is very quietly located between the fields. The view around was impressive. Edith and her husband live on the same estate, but after the introduction, you won't be bothered by that. On the contrary, they are there when you need them. The cottage has everything you need to stay there for a longer period of time. Outside, you have 2 fantastic terraces that ensure you can sit in the sun or shade at any time of the day. You can take fantastic bike rides and walks in the region. In the cottage itself, there are maps with marked walks/bike rides. We really recommend this cottage, I would go again..

Amazing stay at Bruno's place. We leave from the refreshed cottage and we will be back, for sure! Surrounded by animals and greenery, the park is very well maintained. The low class is on the rendezvous to ask for some bread, it's another world. There is everything to feel good, the bedding is comfortable and clean and the water pressure is good, everything is functional. The environment is quiet and beautiful. It's spacious, there is room for 4 people, the furniture is quality. Bruno had left us a little attention when we arrived and was always available and responsive when we contacted him. The value, price is excellent. See you soon:)
