Les Pommiers est une maison familiale de 100 m² avec jardin clos de 1 000 m², nichée dans le village de Bouilland, au cœur d’un site naturel classé. Idéale pour les familles, les amoureux de nature, de vin et de randonnée. À deux pas de la route des Grands Crus, de falaises d’escalade (343 voies), et de sites historiques comme l'Hospice de Beaune, Châteauneuf en Auxois et les marches paysannes aux alentours. Chiens bienvenus ! Beaune à 15 min, Dijon à 30 min. Un havre de paix en Bourgogne.

This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
