Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Boulder County

Wow! One of the most comfortable stays I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean throughout. Wonderfully soft, clean, and fluffy linens, beds, and pillows. Smelled great but not too overpowering. Fully stocked kitchen. The list goes on. It was the small things that truly made this rental stand out for me; beautiful blinds, lovely amenities in every bathroom, full size bath towels, the general aesthetic and care of details. It was like Jennell really considered what *they* might like to have in a rental and made it happen. I noticed and I appreciate that extra mile! Thank you for a beautiful rental and stay!!

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

We had a great stay at Stephen's house! The house was clean, roomy, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We spent 80% of our time on the back patio enjoying the beautiful backyard and Colorado weather. The RO water faucet definitely came in handy. The location was great - very nice neighborhood. We would love to stay here the next time we're in Boulder!

This home was perfect for what we were looking for. The views were immaculate and the house was so fun to be in. Its proximity to Boulder and other little trails was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our experience!

We had a great stay—beautiful place and peaceful surroundings. The highlight was seeing a bear roam through the area (from a safe distance!). Definitely a memorable experience!

We live nearby and visited downtown Boulder for a short weekend trip and Cecilia’s place was just the spot! Only about a ten minute walk to Pearl Street Mall from the house, if you walk fast like we do. This home had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Boulder!

We loved the bungalow for our stay in Boulder. We had tickets for a concert at Red Rocks. While we were there, we got several recommendations of hiking to do in the area. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or information we asked about. Great location. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Has a great time. Very comfortable beds and fully equips kitchen.

My fiancé and I stayed here with our two doodles. This place was fantastic and just what was described. The hottub was such an added bonus after long hikes. It’s super close to town and even trailheads. We enjoyed our stay so much we can’t wait to go back.

Incredible space! I am quite the neat freak and Katherine’s place was immaculate, with vacuum marks still visible on the rugs and couches. There were toiletries and coffee provided (and even a noise maker for sleep!!). My boyfriend and I felt very at home and love cozying up after a long day of hiking. The garden was beautiful as well and made a great place to sit and drink morning coffee while admiring the flatirons. Katherine gave us so many good recommendations and it seemed like she really wanted us to enjoy our time in Boulder. Overall we would recommend this place to anyone and plan on coming back in the future!

Jeanne’s place is home away from home. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable in her space. Her garden is gorgeous. Her neighborhood is divine. The apartment has more amenities than I have seen in other properties. She offers the whole package. I hope to return someday. 💜

Tom’s place was perfect for us. Clean, cozy, and convenient. And Tom is a very interesting person if you get the chance to converse. It is not the nicest or fanciest Airbnb we have ever stayed in (we have stayed in many), but it is a good value in the Boulder market.

Dawn's place was beautiful! SO much nicer than staying at a hotel. Size was perfect and spacious for the two of us. Everything was super clean and fresh. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. Dawn met us at check in and showed us around. There were labels and notes on where to find or how to use things. Lots of local brochures and magazines. Lots of attention to detail for the benefit of her guests. Right down to the motion sensor lighting on the outside steps leading to the entry of the apartment for nighttime safe access! She remained available and responsive and respectful of us during our stay. We would HIGHLY recommend Dawn's airbnb and we would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises. Great place! Quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient. Easy check-in, off street parking, and small patio to enjoy the fresh air. Very cutely decorated and had everything we needed. Super hot that weekend in CO but the place was kept very cool.
