El barrio tiene calles arboladas y espacios verdes. La casa, de dos pisos, cuenta con 3 habitaciones (una en suite), 3 baños, living y comedor. Ofrece comodidad, mucha luz natural y aire frío/calor en todos los ambientes, además de calefacción central. También tiene jardín con pileta, parrilla y quincho vidriado.
