Holiday rentals with a pool in Bourcefranc-le-Chapus

We had a great time. Everything was in perfect condition, clean and carefully maintained. The equipment is of very good quality and designed for the comfort of travelers — nothing is missing. The house is also ideally located, which allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings. A big thank you to our host for hosting us and for his availability. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Very nice stay in a very nice house. We came for a sports weekend and rented the two accommodations offered. It went very well. The living rooms, bedrooms and outdoor space are very pleasant. If I had to put a small downside, it was that given the very pleasant side of the terrace, with a nice table for friendly evenings, it was a shame not to have a barbecue. There was just a very small plancha for 10-12 people. It does not detract from the quality of the accommodation and its many advantages. We'll be happy to go back

Excellent family stay in a very nice house! The bedding is of high quality, and the indoor pool is really superb. Everything is perfectly safe for children, which is very reassuring. Everything is designed for their development. The terrace was particularly appreciated. The whole place is modern and friendly: we highly recommend this place for a good little family break. We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. We rented the house for a group of 10 people and everything went perfectly smoothly. The place was exactly as described: very clean, well arranged and perfectly functional for a group stay. The host was extremely responsive, available throughout the stay, and very accommodating, including accepting a late checkout. We had a great time — I recommend

Hi, It's always a real pleasure to come and stay here! The listing is as described and photographed. The location is pleasant in its tropical landscape. The swimming pool and the steam room delight everyone. However, we were disturbed by the dog poop that had not been picked up by the previous tenants. If you have a dog, please respect the vacationers... It's a matter of civility and I don't think it's up to the owners to pick that up... The lawn of the front and back garden was unfortunately overgrown during our stay, we could not enjoy the garden behind the house. But we'll be happy to come back and stay here!

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

A gem of a place! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location but within walking distance from the port and local shops.

We are very satisfied with our short stay at Valerie's. We appreciated the cleanliness , the location close to the shops and the beach of Saint Palais, as well as communication with Valérie who listens to the needs of her guests. Everything about it is excellent We recommend this good address.

Just returned from a great stay, Christophe the key holder and owner was lovely and helpful with any questions we had and kindly dropped off some eggs that his chickens had laid which were very tasty. The house has a wealth of family history itself and the things displayed across the house show these off and the information in the house guide explain some of these items and the link to the family. It's a beautiful house and stays cool in the warm weather too (keep the shutters closed in the day to help this). The pool is beautiful and the house amenities catered for all our needs. It's also a great location to get to without a car as the train station is a short walk away and goes direct to Poitiers and La Rochelle. We had a lovely time and a really relaxing week 😊

ideally located the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation upon arrival as well as the garbage cans of the previous occupants due to the off " season " pickup that is done during the week . if it was necessary to find a defect may be the lack of noise insulation up / down in the house .

Well-equipped accommodation close to all amenities 5 min walk to the sea superb pool

Pleasant house, close to the ocean, quiet, very well equipped (dishes, games, mini chain, hooks to put things everywhere...). The three bedrooms upstairs are close to each other but well soundproofed. And then there's the pool!

We had a lovely sunny stay in your rental, we enjoyed the pool and terrace, the accommodation is very functional, it is well located not far from the coast and Palmyra, we will come back Jean-Paul and the whole family
