L'appartement "la mer monte" est un lieu propice à la déconnexion. Il est situé dans le prolongement de la longère "L'orange du Vignaud" la plus anciennes maison du village. Elle fut maison des douaniers puis maison de bal d'après guerre. Vous pourrez, dés votre arrivée dans ce lieu, ressentir l'apaisement qui s'y trouve. Vous accèderez à toutes commodités alimentaires en vélo par la Vélodyssée ou en auto à 5 min et vous découvrirez aussi la diversité du patrimoines alentours.

This 56 m2 apartment, elegant and spacious, well furnished is located in the center of Marennes and will allow you to do everything on foot. Ideal house for holidays with family or friends. Located by the sea in an oyster farming village, it offers calm, authenticity, sea pleasures and cultural places to visit. Possible to swim in front of the house at high tide (better with sea slippers). We wanted to give our house comfort and simplicity.

The house is ideally located in this oyster village. You can enjoy our beautiful region between white sand beaches, pine forests and marshes. Oléron, Royan, Saintes, Rochefort or La Rochelle are a few dozen minutes away. The region is also very rich in perfectly preserved historical sites.
