Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Elle se situe dans un hameau très calme, au départ des sentiers, idéal pour les adeptes de randonnées, de vélo de route, de VTT ou d'escalade. Le village commerçant est à 10mn de voiture, avec une piscine municipale, un accrobranche, un lieu d'art contemporain, des restaurants, un supermarché. En automne: le brame des cerfs, les noix à ramasser sur notre propriété, tout l'hiver le ski sur Font d'Urle.

For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.
