Entrance to the living room, pleasant living room and fully equipped kitchen. A balcony with stunning views of the Bouzic hills and the shared garden. On the ground floor, you will have access via a slightly narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a shower & toilet.
