Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

Shops, takeaways, pubs/restaurants, beauty salons, and Addison Park within walking distance. 8 minute drive to the train station and town centre, and 5 minute drive to the hospital. The area is peaceful. There is a back garden for you to enjoy, with one allocated parking space and free on-street parking. To the front of the property, there is a walkway lined with trees. The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

The property was quiet, quaint, warm and cosy.... I felt at home and at ease, during my stay I had to work from essentially "the home" it was pleasant, literally home from home.... other guests were friendly. Nivaldina as a host was exceptional, she was to hand to help and support in anyway she could, I stayed for a whole week and it was a very pleasant experience.... I thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area, you have a Sainsburys, other shops and amenities within walking distance.... a lovely park and Riverside nearby for scenic walks.... take the opportunity to see for yourself? Very good value for money....

Gareth and Deanna were incredibly welcoming and so friendly. I rented 1 of the 2 rooms that they list on AirBnB and it had everything I needed for a work stay over. It's in a quiet location near to a lovely river walk and some historical sites - good for a leg stretch after a long day at work. Definitely recommend - very homely.

My mother and I stayed at the property for more than 1 month, Claudia and Marco were absolutely fantastic hosts and very friendly. They often went out of their way make us comfortable and feel right at home. We had many dinners and BBQ's together. Marco definitely makes the best (bullet proof) cappuccino in Bedford, is a great cook and is always up for conversation. Claudia also became great friends with my mother and they also showed us around the locality. The property is at a beautiful location in Biddenham, which is about 12 mins from Bedford station and is very easily accessible. The facilities at the house are impeccable and very well maintained. It was a pleasure getting to know Marco, Claudia and their beautiful dog - Pippo! (who I regularly spent time with) and I will be looking forward to staying with them again for future visits to Bedford.

Just about the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Delightful place with a very private and spacious dog secure space. Wonderfully equipped and stocked. Emma is next door but gave us our privacy although she was right there with any minor query.
