On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. In the town of Cheverny, in the heart of the most beautiful castles of the Loire, this former wine press, completely rebuilt, welcomes you in peace and quiet, in the greatest comfort. The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the river "Le Cosson", from where you can discover the prestigious castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and its surrounding historic towns. We will welcome you to our home, whose garden with its different species of trees makes up an arboretum that promotes calm and rest. The swimming pool is available to the cottage and the 2 guest rooms.

50 m² cottage in the countryside that can accommodate 5 people with independent entrance. Upstairs you have 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and a 90 bed, shower room with adjoining toilet, landing, sitting area with a 2-person sofa bed, fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction stove, range hood, fridge, coffee pod machine.
