Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Location climatisée située à l'étage d'une ancienne bâtisse rénovée, indépendante de notre maison d'habitation, sur un terrain paysagé de 4000 m² avec un cour d'eau : 1 chambre, salle de bains , cuisine équipée, salon, internet, TV et canapé convertible. Au rez de chaussée (accès par l'extérieur) : SPA privatif disponible 24h/24. A 5 minutes à pieds du centre (tous commerces) et à 10 km de Chambord par les pistes cyclables. Vélos à disposition, air de jeux, BBQ, Plancha, Pétanque, Pêche.

De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

38 m2 house dating from 1915, renovated, ideally located to visit the Château de Chambord, Villesavin or Cherverny, all accessible by bike through our beautiful Sologne. Château de Chambord is 8 km by bike with only 100 m of road and then recent paths will take you directly to the foot of the Château. You can also visit the famous Beauval Zoo located 40 km away. The village center is an 8-minute walk away where you can find many shops and restaurants.

This cottage is located in a small town near the Chambord and Cheverny axis (barely 15 min to access the 2 castles), the location is ideal for visiting castles, located 35 min from Beauval Zoo and Center Parcs Les Hauts de Bruyères

Upstairs you have 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and a 90 bed, shower room with adjoining toilet, landing, sitting area with a 2-person sofa bed, fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction stove, range hood, fridge, coffee pod machine. Possibility to order breakfast (extra charge). Not suitable for hosting people with disabilities.
